The Kansas City Championships will be held at Blue Springs South High School. The Blue Springs South stadium includes seating capacity for 4,000 as well as a turf field. There will be 7 adjudicators using the BOA judging sheets. There will be a morning competition where bands will be placed in BOA classes and an evening show where bands will be in 1 open class event. Trophies will be presented in the morning and all bands in the evening show. The morning and evening shows will both have no more than 16 bands per event.
