Central Methodist University invites middle school and high school bands to Fayette, Missouri for CMU Band Day—a full day of music, pageantry, and tradition.

CMU Band Day is proud to be one of the longest‑running marching band festivals in the area, hosting outstanding student musicians from across the region for a day of performance, competition, and celebration.

We offer a morning parade around our historic town square, indoor competitions for both color guard and percussion, and field competition.
