Every year it draws schools from Iowa, Missouri and Nebraska which are judged in both parade & field marching in the daylong competition. The free parade starts at 9:00 a.m. around the downtown square followed by the afternoon field activities starting at 12:45 p.m. at the Clarinda High School Football Stadium. | |
