The Blue Springs South Band Department is proud to invite you to the Second Annual Kansas City Championship at Blue Springs South. The event will take place October 15th, 2016.
Prelims/Finals Format
Finals will consist of the top 10 scoring bands regardless of class
Finals will be a top 5/bottom 5 draw following prelim awards
BOA classifications will be used for prelims. Finals will be open class.
There will be judges critique following the full finals retreat.
The field was renovated with brand new turf in 2014, which will allow the festival to continue regardless of most weather conditions. In the event that the weather is too dangerous to perform outside we will have a stand still performance in the Main Gym.
