	On October 11, 2025, the MOC-Floyd Valley High School Pride of the Dutchmen Marching Band will be hosting the 22nd Annual Dutchmen Field Championship. We would like to invite your band to register! We were excited to offer the prelims/finals format for the 2024 event and we will continue that for 2025! Format: Registration: - 25 Bands (Depending on interest and scheduling we might be able to add 2-3 bands) - Deadline: April 1, 2025 – Bands registering after April 1st will be placed on a waitlist and accepted as scheduling allows. Prelims / Finals (Top 8 Scoring Bands) – You may register for prelims only or prelims/finals eligible. - Prelims – Top 3 Places in Each Class and Class Caption Awards - Finals – Top 8 Places and Caption Awards Dutchmen Field Championship 2025 will be prelims/finals format with the Top 8 scoring bands being selected for finals. You may register to compete in prelims only or for prelims/finals eligible. Prelims will be classified in the four Iowa High School Music Association classification sizes. Finals will be Open Class. Prelims schedule will be randomized, this does allow us some scheduling flexibility too, especially for bands that attend the IHSMA State Marching Festival on the same day. Register ASAP to ensure you are scheduled for Dutchmen Field Championship 2025!

We try to track down as much info as we can but we rely on the festival directors to update their pages with schedules and results.  Fans can help us too the day of a festival by sending us photos, schedule updates, scores, etc. via Facebook messenger.  If you post on social media use hashtag #midwestmarching and we may share your post.
