Marshall Pursuit of Excellence

The 2018 Pursuit of Excellence marching band competition will take place on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at the Regional Event Center at Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall, Minnesota.

This annual competition draws in bands from surrounding states for a day full of great learning and competition. All classes are determined by the total number of winds and percussion. A competing band may request to move up a class, but not down. The competition order is determined by the previous year's score. New bands this year will compete first in their class.
