Parade - 3 judges - Music 30%, Visual 30%, General Effect 40% - each judge has 200 points. 30% captions are multiplied by .15 and 40% caption multiplied by .2, just add across the spreadsheet and you have your total score. No muss, no fuss, easy math. Also, to speed up the process, there will not be sheets for individual bands, you will have recorded comments and the judges will fill out a tote sheet for the entire parade. This makes their job simpler and lets them focus on evaluating and ranking rather than sorting paper. In your final packet you will receive a recap and the full tote sheet from the event.

Field - 6 judges - Music ensemble 20%, Music Field 20%, Music Effect 20%, Visual Ensemble 10%, Visual field 10%, Visual Effect 20%. 200 point sheets multiplied by .1 or .05 respectively. Field level judges will be safely outside the drill and will not interfere in any way.
