	Union Bands and the Union Band Parents Club, Inc. will host the 40th-Annual RENEGADE REVIEW marching band championship on Saturday, October 14, 2023. The event will be held at Union’s Tuttle Stadium, which is located near 71st & Mingo in SE Tulsa, Oklahoma. This event is one of the nation’s oldest, well-respected marching band invitationals, and features some of the regions top bands from the states of Missouri, Arkansas, Kansas, Texas and Oklahoma. The event will be Bands of America format, featuring a national finals caliber adjudication team from the rosters of judges and designers in the most respected Bands of America (BOA), Drum Corps International (DCI) and Winter Guard International (WGI) organizations. COMPETING BANDS ENJOY: World-Class Adjudication Concrete stadium acoustics Spectacular vantage point from stadium seating All-paved parking and pathways for ensembles and spectators 3 lighted warm-up areas on turf field Band Director’s hospitality suite located in the Union Multipurpose Activity Center (UMAC), with a south end-zone balcony view of the competition field Indoor holding spaces in case of inclement weather Use of Bands of America formats and classifications Color Guard & Percussion caption prelims awards Exhibition performance at finals for class champions (if non-qualifying for finals) OTHER CONVENIENCES Access to the event site is readily available from major highways. A Sam's Club Store is located adjacent to the campus should access to bulk supplies (water, soft drinks, etc.) be necessary. Many restaurants within a 1 mile radius offer a variety of dining options for visiting spectators.
