	All bands guaranteed two rounds of adjudicated performance. 1st round consists of 2 divisions determined by band size, and the 2nd is an open round, performance times determined by random drawing to be held in the afternoon. 6 adjudicators, using the ISSMA adjudication rubric. Registration cost is $300.
