Emporia State Marching Festival

The ESU Marching Hornets will perform an exhibition in the morning and for the students after all
the high school bands have finished, while the judges are tabulating the sweepstakes results.
Trophies will be awarded for outstanding drumline, colorguard, drum majors, and bands. Each band will receive ratings from the judges and recorded comments. The allotted time for each band is 15 minutes (including getting on the field, performance, and getting off the field), with a prior 30 minute warmup on the practice field northeast of the stadium.
