Session 1 from 8am-5pm serves as prelims as well as Class Championships in 4 classes AND Minnesota State Championships in 4 Classes. Session 1 features 29 bands performing.

Session 2 from 7pm serves as the finals for the Youth In Music Championships. 11 bands in performance including each class champion from Session 1 and the next top scoring band regardless of class.
