How much will it cost?

Individual Students: $60

Directors: $60 or Free (if bringing a school group)

Early-Bird (Student or Director): $50 (If registered before April 15th, 2016)

Housing: Housing is available on the Iowa State Campus for an additional cost. Housing options are Thursday/Friday and Friday Only.

How do I sign up?

To register for the 2016 Cyclone Percussion Academy simply go to website (http://www.music.iastate.edu/org/marching/?page_id=920) and complete the registration form by June 1, 2016.

What is Cyclone Percussion Academy?

For Students: The Cyclone Percussion Academy focuses on marching percussion techniques for a wide range of ability levels. Students will be separated into a various ensembles ranging in different levels of experience from beginning to advanced players. The advanced group will focus on ensemble and hybrid rudimentary drumming while the beginning group will teach basic stroke and approach to the instrument. There will also be a keyboard track where students of varying experience and abilities can lean outdoor techniques as well as basic stroke and approach to the front ensemble.

For Directors: Directors are highly encouraged to attend all camp sessions, as well as having the opportunity to speak to the camp clinicians as they are available.
