UNFORTUNATELY, WE HAVE HAD TO
CANCEL THE DEER CREEK MARCHING FESTIVAL. WE RECEIVED
NEWS THAT THE REDMAN TRIATHLON WILL BE TAKING PLACE ON
THIS DAY. THE COURSE WRAPS AROUND DEER CREEK HS AND
BLOCKS ALL OF OUR MAJOR ENTRY POINTS. AS IT IS TOO LATE
IN THE SEASON TO RESCHEDULE FOR A DIFFERENT WEEKEND, WE
WILL PLAN TO HOST THE INAUGURAL DC MARCHING FESTIVAL IN
2016!!!
2015 will bring about the inaugural edition of the
Deer Creek Marching Festival! We hope you will consider
bringing your students to our festival on Saturday,
September 26, 2015 at Deer Creek HS in Edmond, OK.
The contest will be a prelim/finals format, with the
top 10 scores advancing to finals. Entries are limited
to 2A, 3A, 4A, and 5A OSSAA classified bands.
Classifications will be based on OSSAA’s 2015 ADM. Bands
may choose to enter a higher classification, but not
