Format: IHSMA (Iowa High School Music
Association) rules but with NO TIMING Penalties. This
competition is open to Class 1A and 2A band sizes only.
Awards will be presented to ALL participating bands in
prelims. The top three scores in each class advance to
Finals where there will be trophies for all bands. We
will also give out caption awards to Finals bands for
best drumline, color guard, horn line, and drum major.
Prelims start at 1:00PM;
top three scores in each class advance to Finals, which
begin at 7:00PM
Judges: We will utilize four judges AND a
individual percussion judge and color guard judge.
Due to the amount of time we have designated for
preliminary performances, we can only accept the first
