The 11th annual Music on the Meramec will be held at Fox High School in Arnold, MO on Saturday, September 28th, 2024. The festival will consist of a field competition only. Field competition classification will be structured according to the number of schools entered and MSHSAA classification in football (Class 1,2,3,4,5,6) or its equivalent for out of state groups. The competition is not a “prelims/finals” format. Should any class be too small to “stand alone”, two or more classes may be combined. Place awards will be presented to ALL participating bands. Caption awards (music, visual, percussion, color guard) will be awarded in each class breakdown. Directors and staff will receive individual staff critique time with the judges in a round table format after the awards ceremony. Additional festival accommodations also included a directors only viewing lounge from our beautiful pressbox as well as an amazing hospitality room for directors, bus drivers, and additional band staff. We try to track down as much info as we can but we rely on the festival directors to update their pages with schedules and results. Fans can help us too the day of a festival by sending us photos, schedule updates, scores, etc. via Facebook messenger.
