October 12, 2013The 22nd Annual Wilton Festival of Bands is
specifically tailored to meet the needs of Class 1A and
2A bands. Over 1500+ participants and spectators
attended the festival annually. Certificates of
Outstanding Achievement are given out in the categories
of Hornline, Drumline, Color Guard, Drum Major,
Soloist/Small Ensemble, Marching Execution and Drill
Design to all bands who perform at a “Division 1”
