This is a contest catering to smaller bands (2A-4A OSSAA Classification) any out of state bands that are not in the largest category may attend this contest. It is geared toward a regional marching format, but still helpful for those who attend OBA or BOA style marching contests. There will be captions for 1st-3rd winners in each class, drum major/color guard/drum line 1st-3rd in each class and there will be 12 bands (no matter size) advancing to finals. There will be an outstanding drum major/color guard/drum line in finals and trophies for 1st-12th place in finals.

Okmulgee is located on Oklahoma Hwy 75. It is south of Tulsa and north of Interstate I-40.
