The 23rd annual Rosemount High School Marching Band Festival features exciting performances by the finest high school marching bands from throughout the Midwest.

Gates & Concessions Stand open at 4:00 PM, silent auction bidding begins; show starts at 5 PM (silent auction items worth over $43,000!!)

Judging Panel

Michael McIntosh: freelance Composer & Digital Sound Designer, Percussion Designer/Arranger Cavaliers Drum Corps, Percussion Coordinator for the Carmel-Clay school district in Carmel, IN. Formerly Percussion Designer/Arranger and Music Coordinator for the Bluecoats Drum and Bugle Corps.

Marie Czapinski: an icon in the marching, color guard and visual design worlds of pageantry; she is a co-founder of Winter Guard International and has been on the board of directors for the WGI Midwest Color Guard Circuit for over 20 years. She is an active adjudicator for BOA, WGI and DCI, and has appeared in the DCI World Championships Broadcast on ESPN2.

Gary Czapinski: selected as a member of the prestigious "DCI Hall of Fame," Gary's visionary approach to visual design can be seen in every niche of the world of pageantry. Gary continues to design within the drum corps, marching band and winter guard arenas and lectures on the subject of design at universities and colleges nationwide. Throughout his career, the 25 DCI corps that Gary designed for have won DCI Championships and were consistent finalists. He was the head design clnician for Bands of America for 7 years and was a member of the BOA Board of Directors and the team that created the BOA adjudication system.
