The 22nd annual Rosemount High School Marching Band Festival features exciting performances by the finest high school marching bands from throughout the Midwest.

Gates & Concessions Stand open at 11:30 AM, silent auction bidding begins; show starts at 1 PM (Close to 100 items in the silent auction, worth $12,700 in retail)

 

  • Featuring a national level adjudication panel

 

  • Featuring exciting performances by 15+ of the finest high school marching bands from throughout the midwest

 

  • We average 4,000+ enthusiastic spectators each year at this show held on our scenic campus!

 

  •  We offer a well-organized band competition that is "performer friendly"

 

 

  • Overnight housing is available for bands on a "first to contact us" basis

 

 

  • Several hotel & food options are easily accessible in the area for out-of-town spectators

 

  • "Mall Of America" is an easy 25 minute commute from our campus  A "sampling" of outstanding bands that participate annually include BOA Regional Finalists: Eastview, Eden Prairie, Grand Rapids, Irondale, Marshall High Schools  We are committed to offering a high-quality band competition experience for all bands as we strive to attract quality bands from throughout the Midwest!

4:45 PM ­ Rosemount (exhibition performance) 5:00 PM ­ CLASS AAA AWARDS *Each band must be staged at stadium gate entrance at least 10 minutes prior to performance time

 

*A brief and informal Critique (for any interested Band Staff only) will occur in the South end-zone immediately follwing the conclusion of the show (approximately 5:15 PM).

 

Each Marching Band's class placement is be determined by the following criteria:

1.)  Size of the Marching Band

2.)  School enrollment

3.)  Experience in Marching Band Field Show competition

4.)  Band Director preference
