Celebrating it's 9th year, The Big Sioux Review
is a straight contest (no finals) to be held after
the
Tri-State Band Festival. Bands are divided
into classes by band members and compete for
placement trophies and caption awards, including
Drum Major, Auxiliary, Horn Line, Percussion, and
overall Sweepstakes. Following the contest, bands
are given a CD and VHS of their performance, along
with a DVD of the entire competition.
